Nordin Makes is run by Kjetil Nordin and Kamil M. Nordin, private persons in Copenhagen, Denmark. We are the data controller for this website. Write to us through the contact form; we do not publish personal email addresses.

Cookies and analytics

No tracking cookies, no advertising pixels, no consent banner, by design. The only cookies this site sets are strictly necessary ones for the owners' sign-in area. If analytics is enabled it is a self-hosted, cookieless page counter that stores no personal data.

The newsletter

• What: your email address, the date you confirmed, and which page you signed up from.
• Why: to send you the free pattern and occasional notes about new patterns. Nothing else.
• Legal basis: your consent, given by double opt-in (you confirm by clicking a link we email you).
• How long: until you unsubscribe. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link; unsubscribed addresses are deleted.
• Who processes it: stored in our own database on a server at Hetzner (EU). Emails are sent through Resend (data processing agreement in place).

Buying a pattern

Checkout, payment, invoicing and VAT are handled by our merchant of record, who is the legal seller and holds your order details under their own privacy policy. We receive your email address and what you bought so we can let you download the file again.

Your rights

Access, correction, export, deletion: ask through the contact form and we do it. You can also complain to Datatilsynet, the Danish data protection authority.
